1 year ago I was able to secure my @ifbb_pro_league card at the @arnoldsports in Columbus Ohio . This was my first body building show . It was a 48 mo grind to prepare, grow, and condition to be able to compete in the body building world.

After my injury I laid around like a bitch for 4 days . On the 5th day I pulled myself up and called for a mobile weight machine to be rolled into my hospital room . It was then that my passion for nutrition and weightlifting was rekindled.
🏋‍♂️
2023 was packed full of goals achieved in life and the body building pro league. 2024 is on track to be bigger, stronger and more successful in the pro league.

Do I accept this wheelchair ? Fuck no!! I never will.. You can bet your ass I will crush each and everyday that I'm given with or without the use of my legs. I encourage each and every one of you to do the same no matter your excuse

I jogged into @mayoclinic in Scottsdale Az June 19th 2019 to remove a rare #ependymoma tumor from inside my spinal cord. I woke up 8 hrs later a paraplegic. (Always get a second opinion 🙄)

Life will throw some crazy shit at ya without warning So take nothing for granted.

Everyone should find their passion. Unfortunately so many of us will never find it. They say the graveyards are the richest areas on the planet because of the ideas and passions that are buried forever.

No matter what life throws at you be sure to find perspective. Someone is always dealing with something much worse. Find your perspective through giving thanks 🙏

It was a 4 yr grind from my #spinalcordinjury @185 lbs to the stage of the 2023 @mrolympiallc stage at 225lbs.

Now i am out 34 days to the 2025 Mr Olympia in Las Vegas . Zero meals missed 🍴 very very few days off from training in over 6 yrs .
