Hi, I’m Makenzie!🩷💐✨🍰💛🪩
If you’re new here, welcome & thank you for supporting my small business! With how much growth we’ve had in the past year, I figured it was time for a little re-introduction to any newer followers!!
I’m the owner and cake decorator behind 3:14 Cakes. My love for decorating started at my very first bakery job, and after years in the baking world (plus a degree in accounting😅), I finally decided to take the plunge and start my own business.
What started as making cakes for friends and family has grown into this amazing business, with the most supportive customers that I am so thankful for and blessed to have!!

A few fun facts about me:
-Cake decorating has been my creative outlet for 6+ years✨
-Pink is my favorite color🩷
-I started baking for a local grocery store bakery when I was 16 & I’m 22 years old now and still love making cakes!🎂
- I never say no to an iced caramel latte (especially from @flowercoffeeco)☕️
- I love walks with my husband and our dog🐾
- Jesus is at the center of everything I do✝️

Whether you’ve orded before or you’re just finding my page, thank you for supporting my work and trusting in me to make the perfect cake for your event!🩷🩷

If Makenzie buys 24 pounds of butter every week, and each cake requires approximately 1.5 pounds of butter, how many cakes can she make before realizing she needs to go back to the grocery store anyway?😭🍰😂🥳✨🧁 taken in St. Louis, Missouri by @314cakes
