It's about more than showing up. It's about what she takes with her.

A new skill. A new connection. A new perspective. A new experience. A new possibility.

Every experience creates an opportunity for girls to discover their strengths, build confidence, connect with others, and envision new possibilities for their future.

At the 318 Foundation, we believe the impact goes beyond the moment. It's about what girls learn, what they discover about themselves, and what they begin to believe is possible.

Because the goal isn't just what she did. It's what she gained from the experience.

Media Day is more than the photos. It’s about capturing the confidence, personality, and purpose behind every Leader-Athlete.

Our girls showed up, stepped in front of the camera, and had a chance to see themselves in a new light. We’re excited to watch them grow on and off the court!

Giving back means showing up for the community that shows up for you.

Through our service project, our girls had the opportunity to give back to the community they call home, creating a meaningful reminder that leadership isn't just about what you accomplish, but how you use your time, talents, and voice to make a difference.

We’re proud to see our Leader-Athletes learn that when you love your community, you give back. And when we invest in one another, we all grow stronger together.

Some things you just can’t Google.

The right mentor can help you navigate new experiences, see new possibilities, and remind you that you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Mentorship matters because it creates momentum. The guidance one girl receives today can become the leadership she extends to someone else tomorrow.

Getting in the room can change what a girl sees as possible.

Through college visits, mentorship, leadership development, wellness, advocacy, and new experiences, we help girls build the confidence, connections, and resources to pursue what’s next.

Because belonging opens doors. And confidence helps you walk through them.

Since 2024, the Champions Academy has expanded from its inaugural program in North Louisiana to six Academies across Louisiana and Washington, D.C.

With each Academy, we empower young girls to develop as leader-athletes by providing the resources, mentorship, experiences, and opportunities they need to excel on and off the court.

From our first Academy to the thriving community of athletes and alumni we have today, every year has brought new connections, opportunities, and possibilities.

Three years of growth. Six Academies. Countless chances to empower the next generation of global leaders.

And we’re just getting started.

Help us continue creating opportunities and providing resources that empower girls to reach their full potential. Support our mission by donating today by clicking the link in our bio🔗 by @318foundation
