As a woman in sport my whole life. This is what real woman look like in their 30/40 and 50 ies. @sydney_sweeney sport is our lives. It doesn’t matter on size, height, weight, hair colour, breast size, legs, abs….you all get the same medal. We don’t always look pretty. Actually more often than not we carrying extra weight, hair is a mess and the photos look like you dying a slow death. Being out there consistently is what matters….. not what you look like naked #sport #womaninsport #mylife #stong #girlpower by @31lolli

Looong reel but too fun not to post
Go find yourself #gunrun. It was fun to be in the other side of the fence supporting my humans. You need to know when not to race and my goals are bigger this year. I love the fun run. It’s the highlight of the running calendar and on my doorstep. #so to be out there supporting and cheering and watching this running community smash their goals gave me so much pleasure.
When you race you forget about the vibe and the back of the field. You just go go go.

On 1 September 2025 I decided to post a day of gratitude for every day of my year leading up to my 50 th birthday.
I did this to remind me daily how grateful I am to be alive.
How grateful I am for my family.
How grateful am for the small things.
How grateful I am for spending the past 50 years learning loving laughing and growing.
Everyone’s journey is their own story. Everyone has it hard. Some harder than others. But you need to remind yourselves that this life’s a gift. A privilege to be a part of. It’s short and each year gets shorter.
We all so busy and get caught up in the work life cycle that we forget to be grateful for what we have around us.
Thank you everyone of my humans for being a part of my story. 365 days of gratitude. And

Happy birthday to one of my absolute favourite humans ♥️

It’s funny to think we actually haven’t been friends for that long, but somehow it feels like I’ve known you for a lifetime.

We’ve already cycled more kilometres together than I can count, drank many coffees, lifted many heavy things, taken on new adventures and of course, shared many stories! 🥰🌸✨

From your truly exceptional wall ball skills 😂 to lunging like an absolute champion… there is genuinely no one I’d rather suffer alongside.

But one of my favourite things about you is your mindset. Race day Lauren is unmatched. You show up, put your head down and just get it done and somehow make the hard stuff feel like an absolute adventure.✨

Here’s to another year of happy, SAFE miles on the road, more running, more lifting heavy things, more ridiculous adventures, more races, & lots of laughing.

I absolutely adore you, my friend. Life has been a whole lot happier with you by my side.
