Congrats to my patients and friends that braved the weather this weekend in Waco. Another cancelled swim made for a day of adapting and still rising to the challenge. 69.1 miles is still a major accomplishment especially with a rainy bike course. #ironman703 #chiropractor #functionalmovement by @3dendurancedoc

It was great getting out to @dallasperformancesystems to support Vernon’s athletes back in August. Looking forward to getting a track session set up where we can screen on the track! by @3dendurancedoc

Medal Monday for @jaccano who finished 3rd in her age group in her last tri-sprint!

Juanita and I have worked together for years on maintaining and staying ahead of injuries.

After surgeries and injections, she was told that racing, even walking and running, were not apart of her future.

We first started with basic functional and mechanical control so that she could walk and move properly.

Now, we are practicing advanced functional training and working with @theguyvalentino for functional strength and performance.

Juanita has completed countless races since gaining more mobility and there’s no looking back.

@3dendurancedoc has become a crucial part of her healthcare providing expertise in endurance sports, dry needling and rehab/programming for success with a neurological disease.

Her focus and determination to prove docs wrong was fuel…but the love and passion for racing is why she is successful.

Congratulations on another Medal Monday!

It doesn’t happen often when I use my thumbs during myofascial therapy, but sometimes you get those patients that love the pain. #chiropractor #myofascialrelease #fasciarelease #kineticcentre #dallas by @3dendurancedoc
