Medal Monday for @jaccano who finished 3rd in her age group in her last tri-sprint!

Juanita and I have worked together for years on maintaining and staying ahead of injuries.

After surgeries and injections, she was told that racing, even walking and running, were not apart of her future.

We first started with basic functional and mechanical control so that she could walk and move properly.

Now, we are practicing advanced functional training and working with @theguyvalentino for functional strength and performance.

Juanita has completed countless races since gaining more mobility and there’s no looking back.

@3dendurancedoc has become a crucial part of her healthcare providing expertise in endurance sports, dry needling and rehab/programming for success with a neurological disease.

Her focus and determination to prove docs wrong was fuel…but the love and passion for racing is why she is successful.
