Morpeth born Glasgow based DJ, promoter and artist Brewboy specialises in deep, low slung, scuzzy dance music of the highest order. Boasting a selection touched by very few others and an ability to weave through electro, disco and EBM effortlessly, commanding a dance like few others. Beyond being a part of the excellent Dance No Evil crew, Brewboy’s someone who is just able to keep you enthralled and we couldn’t think of anyone better to close out the dance on Saturday.

Before the room tips over, Brewboy and Lewis Robertson set the temperature. Pressure first. Rhythm second. The floor primed for what follows.

For Brew’s & Lew’s Bites, they serve four cuts to open the night, wired acid, low-end pressure and groove that creeps rather than rushes.

Lewis Robertson
Odopt — Wired
Nicolás Duque — Consciousness (Krijka Remix)
Two tools built for tension. Tight circuitry and slow-burn momentum. No soft entry.

Brewboy
Versalife — Quantic Dreams
Matteo Manuali — Disco Mistero (M.M. Dark Mix)
Groove-led pressure with a darker edge. Music that holds the room without loosening it too early.

Warming the dancefloor.
Early pressure. No rush.

We’re onto second release tickets now. They’re moving fast. taken in The Berkeley Suite by @3rewboy

👹Dance No Evil 005👹 🔊SOFSOF b2b Tekhole🦎

After a belter of a night with Josi Devil back in September, we are keeping it heavy and bassy on the 20th of November with a dream b2b from two true Glasgow heavyweights.

🦎Tekhole🦎is a South African DJ and producer who splits their time between Glasgow and Berlin. Tekhole’s distinct and uncompromising sound weaves heavy basslines with untamed tribal percussion to produce vibrations that will get you cutting shapes you didn’t know existed. Their versatile and boundary-pushing style has led them to play in esteemed venues from New York’s Mood Ring, to Berlin’s Panke, to Manchester’s The White Hotel, as well as supporting the likes of Sherelle, Martyn Bootyspoon, Sama’ Abdulhadi and Neffa-T, to name but a few.🔥🚨

Joining them on the 20th is 🔊SOFSOF🔊 an icon of Glasgow’s queer scene, running esteemed parties CL!CK and FUSE, as well as being the head honcho of programming at our beloved Stereo. Don’t let SOFSOF’s work away from the decks distract you though, as they are a fierce and wicked DJ, blending a wide array of BPMs and genres, including Club, Bass, Footwork, UK Funky, and Jungle in a way that feels fresher than a sunny November morning.🧊☀️

Together, we guarantee that TEKSOF will blow your socks clean off.😵🧦

Taking the warm-up and cooldown sessions will be some of our gallus wee residents – you know the score by now.🤭

So get yourselves down to the intimate 1990 basement for a night of high-energy club music that will leave you sweaty and elated.😵‍💫🌟
