THREE SPACE TO MOVE

Session 04 — Body Memory

The final session of our four-part movement workshop.

Over the past three months, we have explored the body as space, the layers of the body, and space through the body. In this final session, we return to what remains—not as ideas, but as embodied memory.

There is nothing new to learn. Only time to listen, choose, and move from everything that has already been experienced. Memory becomes movement.

For this closing session, we are grateful to be moving inside THREE PIECES OF STEEL, Lina Teufel’s sculptural installation at Three Space Tokyo. Her work transforms the relationship between body, material, and architecture, making the space itself an active participant. We look forward to exploring movement in dialogue with the installation.
