When we first brought Millie home, she was so quiet that we genuinely wondered if she was deaf, or if something was wrong that kept her from barking. Then came the day she finally let out her very first bark and completely startled all of us!

In the time since we rescued her from the side of the road, uterine prolapse and all, we’ve probably only heard her bark five times. But she doesn’t need to be loud to make her presence known.

We thought we were saving her, but the truth is, Millie rescued us. She has brought our family more joy than words can say. It’s a sweet reminder that it isn’t the noise you make or the words you say that matter most it’s your actions and the intention of your heart… by @4bamagirl

There are not many youth that I would want to let go with just my husband and me on the lake without Ja’el or that would want to go without Ja’el. I have grown to love this girl (my twin… Marlee!!! Ja’els twin is definitely Darion) so much this summer and will miss her terribly when she goes back to school. We all love her entire family. Ja’el had to stay home and finish her summer Spanish 2!! She actually finished and we are so proud of her for pushing through!! We all agree though it wasn’t the same without Ja’el though!! Ja’el you are a rockstar!!! ❤️ by @4bamagirl

I feel like this can help a lot of our young adults. I see and hear this alot. Almost committed.
Almost secure.
Almost what you were praying for.

But “almost” can quietly keep you from the relationship God is actually preparing for you.
Not every connection is meant to be pursued. Some exist to teach you the difference between temporary attention and intentional love.
God doesn’t call us to confusion. He doesn’t ask us to settle for mixed signals, inconsistent effort, or relationships that never require commitment.
You deserve someone who isn’t afraid to choose you.
Someone who doesn’t make you question where you stand.
Someone who loves you with honesty, clarity, and intention.
If you’ve been holding onto a situationship because you’re afraid nothing better will come along, remember this:
God has never needed uncertainty to accomplish His plans.
Sometimes the hardest prayer is, “Lord, if this isn’t from You, help me let it go.”
Because what God ordains brings peace, not constant anxiety.
If you’re waiting for a relationship built on purpose instead of confusion, don’t lose heart. God’s timing has never been late, and His plans have never required you to chase what He hasn’t called you to. Always listen to what God says first. by @4bamagirl
