God + Hoops + Family is my peace💆🏾

Comparison Is

The Thief

Of Joy.

Truly slow down,

The process of today,

All the blessings given today,

Taken for granted,

We rush as if today isn’t a blessing,

Try to get it all in one day,

Enjoy the ugly, good, and bad of today,

Tomorrow doesn’t come any faster,

Run your race, enjoy the journey.🚶🏾‍➡️⛅️

Why pray for a easier road…

When all he’s done is make my legs stronger.

Why say sky is the limit…

When there’s footsteps on the moon.

Stay down, Stay delusional, wake up and go get it! 1%🧎🏾 taken in Miami, Florida by @4k.joey

🌴Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, and today we’re back with another Miami Native player; Joey Brown IV.
.
.
🌟 Joey is coming off a solid junior year over at William Woods University where he put up 10.6 ppg, 4.7rpg and 2.4 assists while shooting 44% from the field and 30% from the 3pt line. He was also named 1st Team All-Conference as well as CAC All-Tournament Team.
.
.
‼️Coming in at 6’3 with a strong built frame Joey is able to score at any level using both his speed and craftiness to get past defenders and score at the rim in a variety of ways while also being able to display his pace and ball handling to create space for his shot at both the midrange and 3pt areas.
.
.
📶What will help Joey continue to help his game improve is first and foremost just continuing to be consistent with his scoring while also being efficient at it but most importantly using his 3 level scoring ability to create easy shots for his team and becoming a better playmaker.
.
.
💥Now currently in his senior year over at Washington Adventist University after coming off a gap year, Joey is one of the teams go to guys already putting up 19ppg, 2apg, and 4 rebounds while shooting 50% from the field, 83% from the free throw line and 33% from beyond the arc. He and his team will no doubt be making some noise at the NAIA level.
.
.
♾️Make sure to keep an eye out on Joey and the WAU squad this season and as always thank you for tuning in.
