❕For all the guards or wings that will be having the ball a lot this year these drills are for you. . 📶As a ball dominant player it’s imperative to be efficient & comfortable in ball screen or handoff situations. . ♾️Give these a try in your practices or workouts throughout the season. #basketball #limitless #skilldevelopment #score #gettingbetter

♾️This week we’ll be covering Part 1 of all the college hoopers that decided to trust us throughout the summer with their development. . 📈As we said last week when showcasing all of the pro hoopers that trusted us this offseason, we can’t thank each & every one of these guys enough for believing in us to help improve their development on the court even if it was for one session or all summer. ‼️To start things off, our guy Carl Parrish III once again came through this summer for a big summer of development going into his senior year at Presbyterian College. . 📈He’s coming off a great junior averaging 14.4ppg, 2.8rpg as well as 2.4apg while shooting 41% from the field & 40% from 3pt land. . ♾️He recently also just got projected as the Preseason Big South Player of The Year. ♾️Next we have newcomer Lathan Coleman who we had the pleasure of meeting this past summer, who was a part of the 2025-2026 D2 National Champs at Ganon University. . 📈Even though only having played 8 games last season averaging 5ppg & 2rpg, there’s no question that Lathan is going into his sophomore year a different & way better player than before. ♾️Longtime part of the family, Ian Pascal once again made his way back to us this summer for his offseason. . 📈Coming off a very strong sophomore year at Montgomery College where he averaged 24.3ppg, 6.2rpg & 3.4apg while shooting 53.7% from the field & 39% from 3pt range. . 💫He ended off the season earning a spot on the NJCAA D2 All-American Second team & made his way over to the NCAA D2 Program at Claflin University where he’s looking to pick up right where he left off last year. ♾️Another longtime member of the brand, Joey Brown IV once again made his return to us this offseason in order to prepare for a big Graduate senior year now at Graceland University. . 📈Last year at Washington Adventist University, Joey was a key piece to the team’s success putting up 17.3ppg, 5rpg & 2.4apg while having 45.7% & 33.3% shooting splits from the field & past the arc. . 💫He’s for sure due for a big time season for his last year of college hoops. ♾️Next we have another member of the family come back for some offseason development this summer, Domin

🌴$UMMER’S FULL OF PAIN, GROWTH & ADVERSITY. OVERCOME IT ALL🌴 . 💫I’d be lying if I said this offseason was anywhere near easy to get through but it was also one of the best summers I’ve gone through with myself & the guys. . 📶Another summer of just simply getting better & high level activity day in & day out. I’m beyond grateful to everyone that was a part of this summer & decided to trust the work. Believe me the results will be seen by everyone before we know it. . 🟢⚫️Lastly, I got to give a big S/O to @house_0f_hustle & @coachtim_pf for welcoming me to the @prolificprepcrew family. The most unexpected blessing to come out of this off season & I can’t wait to see what the future holds. Let’s keep building. . ♾️No Limit♾️

‼️Although there’s a time and place for individual work, through countless sessions & results over time; when properly structured group training sessions are hard to beat. . 📶Whether going through on air work or small sided games, group sessions enable players to get competitive reps against each other while also working on in game qualities that don’t get touched on as much in individual sessions. . ♾️Compete, learn from each other, but above all else; Have fun while doing so in a training environment that’s positive & prioritizes growth & development. #basketball #skilldevelopment #training #nolimit #growth

🏀The game of basketball is not easy whatsoever, so why should your training be easier? . ‼️Too often players get stuck in mundane or way too easy training regiments that does more harm than good for them. . 🧠If the training environment you’re in doesn’t constantly challenge you drill by drill or doesn’t force you to constantly make quick decisions each second then you’re not preparing yourself enough for game time. . 📶The goal as a player wanting to perform to the best of your abilities should involve being able to adjust on the fly & be a great problem solver, & your training should emulate that. . 🗣️We’re not saying our approach or any other coaches that preach about the Constraints-Led Approach or any other similar philosophy is the only right way to go about training, but the results & science behind it doesn’t lie. . ♾️Train Smarter, Perform Better♾️ #basketball #skilldevelopment #nolimit #training #perform
