Snippet of an impromptu live cypher with the legendary Beat Cleaver on the decks & @greta0o on the strings (and a beautiful vocalist whose Insta I didnt manage to grab)

Been sitting on these bars for a minute, should we make this into a song?… 👀

Gotta give a massive shout out to Beat Cleaver, if you’re in Bristol then check out his events, this guy is an absolute wizard of creativity and musical finesse 🔥

Bring your poetry / vocals / bars and come along to share at the next one! taken in The Canteen by @4magiiick7

✨Blessing upon blessings ✨

I had the privilege to join another Brothers Circle retreat recently and yet again I am blown away by the amount of love, support, and empowerment I came away from this experience with!

I have found Mens Work to be one of the most powerfully transformative processes I have involved myself in as an adult. And the work is never done!!

Together we rise, collectively guiding and holding space for each other to become the most authentic expression of who we are!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of the facilitators and Men who have been involved in these circles. I am forever grateful for you all!! taken in Bristol, United Kingdom by @4magiiick7

Sèłf-łóvè:Fàmįłŷ-łóvè.

The abundance of love around me is something I will never take for granted. I am frequently becoming overwhelmed with gratitude for how blessed I am here and now.

I have sought to cultivate love in all areas of my life and for the first time ever I feel it truly permeating in and out of everything I involve myself in whether it be my work, my friends, my family or just within myself.

Love is truly abundant but it takes some work to place yourself in an environment which allows for it to be sustained and felt. ‘Selfishly’ create this space for yourself, surrounded by people who mutually respect and deliver this love back to you.

Life is good, enjoy it!

Brecon Beacon’s with my day ones!

Very gassed that I finally got a chance to get out the country with these kings, even if it was just to Wales!

Really gotta preach that if you live in the South West and haven’t been to 4 Waterfalls Walk then you gotta line this up for the next sunny day. This was genuinely one of the most beautiful, magical places I have ever been in the UK! taken in Bannau Brycheiniog - Brecon Beacons - National Park by @4magiiick7
