Body Church at @therogueroom last Sunday was powerful. A movement class to help achieve flow state.. and then do something, together, while in that state. Proceeds from this class benefited CALM, a resource for those struggling with thoughts of taking their life.

A new world is created when we learn to listen. Let’s start within.

Want to learn how to spend more time in flow state? Bring me to you for a workshop.

Where should I bring Body Church next?

“How did you get so good at freestyling?”

I aligned my body so that the creative spirit that flows through all of us has very little resistance.

My brain has more processing power because it’s not used up by memories of the past or worries of the future.

This is the art and science of presence, embodied. And it’s SO fun to do together, especially in this sexy space dreamed up by @rosiehall_rogue herself 🫀

@therogueroom is opening their doors this weekend and I am honoured to be teaching a @wearebodychurch workshop on flow state followed by a panel discussion.

Update: find the latest Body Church classes at my link in bio!

Tomorrow, October 19th at @therogueroom, I’ll be teaching a flow state workshop to celebrate the opening of Rogue Room and their mission to redefine wellness culture.

We’ll begin with a mini Body Church, which activates your personal flow state in the body through a powerful method that activates your fascia, opens your energetic channels and realigns your posture.

Then we’ll slowly build together a group flow state experience from a place of embodied presence and play. Sexy beats, playful words, no thinking - just being. This emergent field is absolute magic.

Prepare to flow at the very first @wearebodychurch experience in LONDON!! Visit @therogueroom for tickets!

#BTS of our Chance Street campaign shoot. Capturing the concept, The Club Went Sober.

Capturing movement as lives: raw, cinematic and unapologetically unpolished. Every frame feels sensory and alive, holding rhythm and tension and the release of bodies in tension. Where flow state becomes visible.

We can’t wait for our first class this weekend, have you booked on yet?

Snippet of an impromptu live cypher with the legendary Beat Cleaver on the decks & @greta0o on the strings (and a beautiful vocalist whose Insta I didnt manage to grab)

Been sitting on these bars for a minute, should we make this into a song?… 👀

Gotta give a massive shout out to Beat Cleaver, if you’re in Bristol then check out his events, this guy is an absolute wizard of creativity and musical finesse 🔥

Bring your poetry / vocals / bars and come along to share at the next one!

The day has come… Our Debut EP “Nascentium” is now live on all major streaming platforms!

We hope you enjoy slapping out this gritty collection of wubs as much as we have!

Nascentium is themed around “Becoming”, and the journey from its initial formation to its release has reflected this with gorgeous serendipity.

As within Nature, the final stages of birthing this creation have been the toughest. We have navigated many unforeseen obstacles, delaying its release, but now that it is all complete - we couldn’t be happier. And this is just the start!

Join us as we continue to grow and evolve our sound and story!

Thank you for being a part of this journey with us. Your support really means everything, every like / comment / share is truly appreciated 🙏🏻

Go listen now and let us know your thoughts (and whether your speakers survived 👀)

Bigshoutout to @ozdubs for the Mastering too 👊🏻

We are real excited to unveil the full cover for our debut EP; Nascentium.

Def. [Nas-cen-tium] P. ‘Things in the process of being born or coming into existence.’
Early 21st century: from Latin nascent- ‘being born’, from the verb nasci.
1. being [born, begotten]
2. arising [emerging, proceeding]
3. growing [springing forth].

This EP is the Prologue to our story, setting the scene of a passage from Self-Realisation to Transcendence. This project has not just been a labour of love but a personal journey of flourishing through collective creation.

NOW STREAMING ON ALL MAJOR MUSIC PLATFORMS! 🫡🖤🙏🏻
