Fitness check in post

I have been working so hard the past 4 years. The before photo is 2020, so I have been putting on mass and size and strength the entire time. I came back from injury and life events, and I feel like I’m really hitting my stride. I have been inspired by my loved ones to be better, driven by my team mates to push myself further and given lots of encouragement by new friends in my life who have given me the extra coaching I needed to break past plateaus holding me back. I cannot wait to see where my progress goes from here! #rugby #training #fitness #growth #gay #athelete #work by @5characters

That’s a wrap on Bingham 2026 , thanks Erik for being a great room mate for the week and being part of your retirement tournament, and seeing and reinforcing my friendships from all over the world was wonderful. Seeing my friends experience their first Bingham to playing Gotham and Scandles for the 200th time . Loved every minute, can’t wait to see you all again as we get better and better. Also meeting new people who have made my trip become truly unforgettable and something I take back with me to the states. Thank you Australia for giving me the chance to let go of old wounds and grow with the new ones you gave me.

See most of you all in Leeds, and some of you next practice, and some of you as soon as possible. 💙

This community is amazing and you should join the @bostonironsidesrfc to become part of it , and if you’re not in Boston look up your local teams and get into it.
