2024 was a big year. I said goodbye to Maryland and completed my move to New England. I prepped for and competed in my 3rd show (1st time as open bodybuilder). I lost a grandmother, ended one relationship and deepened many others. Traveled more than ever, and visited friends. It’s been a busy and crazy year, filled with both light and dark moments, but none that I regret (after all you can’t recognize the light without the dark).
Looking forward to 2025 and that’s to come.

Our seemingly seasonal matchup against the @phillygryphons was a blast! Turns out an old time-y boat will beat a mythical beast and then share some drinks with them. Write that in your mythological lore.

Thank you Gryphons for hosting this sibling rivalry matchup in the city of brotherly love. We’ll see you again in the spring 😉
