Another brilliant light display from Mount Buffalo with Matt and Ricardo. Something a bit more abstract this time around…. Looking across the gorge the sunlight was behind us and projected a shadow of a tree on the opposite side of the waterfalls - framed by a beautiful rainbow. taken in Mount Buffalo by @645imaging

Yet more incredible dynamic lighting from another morning walk with Matt Palmer and Ricardo Da Cunha this time near Crystal Brook.

If you visit the area, make sure to drop into Alpine Light Gallery to see Matt and Mieke’s work to see some beautiful images showcasing what this area has to offer year round. taken in Mount Buffalo by @645imaging

Been a while since I have shared some new work. Hoping you can join me for a new exhibition in collaboration with Team Digital and Ilford Imaging Australia. Opening event is Friday 1st May and would be awesome to see some friendly faces.

Rumour has it Ilford & Team may have something a little bit special happening that night in parallel to the exhibition.

The exhibition will share some new images from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, plus some golden oldies selected to showcase one of the new incredible papers Ilford recently released.

More information to follow. taken in Team Digital by @645imaging

Im not one who is known to over exaggerate but….

I don’t know what Wizards Ilford Imaging Australia have locked away in their offices but these two new print media stocks are something incredible. Thanks to Ben at Team Digital and Kym at CR Kennedy for letting me have an early play with them both. Ben has a range of sample images from me at Team so if you are in Perth and looking for something to differentiate your prints (hint the depth, saturation and 3D feel are amazing) drop in check them out and have a chat! #mindblown. taken in Team Digital by @645imaging

A few weeks ago after an amazing 3 weeks in Kyrgyzstan with Mieke Boynton and Ricardo Da Cunha; myself and Matt Palmer snuck in an extra week in Kazakhstan. Just wow. What incredible parts of the world. Definitely so much more to explore.

In Kazakhstan, we got to sleep in the desert with the scorpion spiders, explore slot canyons, visit one of the lowest places on the face of the planet and experience some incredible and unique rock formations. Plus eat and drink some camel (eat good, drink bad).

And all that’s without even covering the adventures from Kyrgyzstan which were probably even crazier. But that’s a post for another day.

Can’t wait to share something other than iPhone pics once I get through the 1TB of files I shot. taken in Kazakhstan by @645imaging
