Not done yet. I just committed to another four‑year quad.

Yes, I’m 51. Yes, I’m older than most on the circuit. That doesn’t mean I’m finished. It means I get more time to chase what I haven’t finished.

This winter, one outcome will prove the decision was right: a top‑5 finish at a World Cup race. That result would show the training, the grind, and the belief still pay off.

Non‑negotiables this season:
1) Race clean and fast at the World Cups that matter, consistent top‑10s with at least one top‑5.
2) Secure a new integrated sponsor activation that grows my platform and gives partners authentic content from podium prep to recovery.

I’m committing because goals still inspire me. My recovery and rebuild taught me how to start over, and that gives me the confidence to go after these outcomes.

Let’s see what four more years looks like. Thanks for being on the ride with me.

I finally made it up Puke Hill without puking. First time in 5+ years.

Every year I ride the #MOFO adaptive mountain bike fundraiser at Park City Mountain Resort for the @NationalAbilityCenter. For years Puke Hill always beat me, I’d hit the top and puke. That’s literally why it’s called Puke Hill.

This time I pushed, leaned on my teammates, breathed through the burn, and rolled over the top clean. Felt like a tiny, stupid, glorious win.

Even better: this year we raised over $700,000 for the National Ability Center. That’s the real victory.

Grateful for the volunteers, the crew, and everyone who showed up. Small wins add up.

Today is my Alive Day!

12 years ago I woke up on a bathroom floor, 18 hours after a shot of heroin. I’d been in sober living, committed to getting clean, and I relapsed. I developed Compartment Syndrome, lost circulation in both legs, and both were amputated above the knee.

I spent 34 days in acute rehab and went home with very little hope. That version of me would not have believed the life I’m living now.

Happily married. Professional athlete. 2x Paralympian. Clean from drugs.

Recovery didn’t happen overnight. It was sweat, therapists, teammates, and my wife. It was small steps, stubbornness, and showing up again and again.

If you’re in the dark today, know this: change is possible. I am proof. by @6packbrew

Earlier this month, I had the fantastic opportunity to support the National Veterans Wheelchair Games in Detroit.

When I was preparing to leave for this event, honestly I felt like an imposter. Mostly because I am always thanked for my service, and asked if I was injured in combat. I am not a veteran, and I never served in the military.

One thing I do know about is the power of sport. It has a way of changing lives. The community at this event was palpable. It felt amazing to support these brave men and women that gave so much for our country.

I hope this becomes an event that I get the opportunity to support again. It was a blast. Over 500 adaptive athletes competing in 19 different sports.

Thank you so much @hangernews for asking me to support this event.

Summer is for cross training and supporting adaptive sports 🏊🏼 🏃‍♀️ 🚲

Enjoying the southern Cali weather and community this weekend.

Thank you @angelcitysports for continuing to build a space for adaptive athletes to compete and get exposure to new sports through clinics. Angel City is one of @6packbrew ‘s foundational experiences that built the man and athlete he is today. ACS taught him leadership and gave him training to embrace his impactful story of resilience and grit for public speaking.

Building community, growing self confidence, and trying new sports is EVERYTHiNG to athletes that find barriers to entering sport. Thank you to these angles in LA 🪽 taken in El Camino College by @6packbrew

Went for a nice stroll today. Gotta get in summer walking shape. #BakaBootcamp is right around the corner. My favorite event of the year! Chicago, here I come!!

Nothing like walking around an indoor track circling an ice rink. Because I take these steps, I recieve a reward. That reward is knowing I put in work at being 1% better today. Thanks so much for your attention to detail @wremi76 and @hangernews. Thanks to you, I make this 💩 look easy!

@hangerclinicicc I'm coming for you!

I was asked by a young person at the gym today if I mind sharing how I lost my limbs …

I hit him with my most direct answer...I overdosed on Heroin, then provided him with a bit of backstory! He was curious and I answered all of his questions.

Question to my followers - when do you feel compelled to share your story of limb loss vs when you don’t? And how does the intent of the person asking play into your response?

Nationals update:
Downhill Silver 🥈 and Bronze 🥉
Super G Silver 🥈 and Bronze 🥉
Giant Slalom Silver 🥈

That's a wrap on my ski season. I'm proud of the progress I have made this year after enduring an injury that a surgeon said was "Season Ending". I bucked up and worked extra hard to recover quickly for the Paralympics and Nationals.

My GS skiing has improved dramatically and I have fallen in love with G.S. taken in Kimberley Alpine Resort by @6packbrew

Here’s Paralympian @6packbrew sharing how he had to adapt his own ski race suit just two days before competing at the Paralympics.

As a double amputee he was given a standard suit with legs only a week before the event, and his wife was left to cut the legs off and to make the sewing adaptations herself.

This isn’t a small oversight. It’s a systemic failure.

At the Winter Olympics, there was a debate about freestyle athletes being given bibs that didn’t fit, and that situation highlighted issues with fit and performance.

But this is on a completely different level. That was a bib. This is a full race suit, fundamental to competing, that simply didn’t account for the athlete’s body at all.

Disabled athletes aren’t asking for special treatment. They’re asking for equipment that actually works for them.

At the Paralympics UN[PARA]LD received endorsement from Paralympians, which was a reminder of why this project matters, and why it deserves backing and funding. These are athletes at the very top of their game, and their support speaks volumes about the scale of the problem and the need for change.

UN[PARA]LD isn’t just highlighting the issue, it’s building a much-needed solution, together with the disabled community.

If you believe in a more inclusive future for sport and the outdoors, now’s the time to get behind the community and to support the mission. by @6packbrew

Had lunch at @atled_meatlab in Venice. Sausage Sandwhich and Porchetta Roll with Chips. It was amazing!

If you're in Venice and love smoked meats, this place is a must stop.

Big Ups to @_lynton29 for preparing a killer meal. Until next time!
