53… and I’m just beginning… I’ve been all over the world… Yet there are still so many places I haven’t seen… People I haven’t met… Creation energy is overflowing… Love fills my field… I have wisdom I didn’t have at 23… Courage I didn’t have at 33… And a relationship with myself I was only beginning to understand at 43… And now, at 53, the world somehow feels bigger and yet familiar…uncertain yet waiting with open arms… And I’m ready to leap into those arms… My past and future self said to me… Trust…and keep being you… That’s all we need you to do… To all the 50+ women out there… All the women… Never stop being unapologetically YOU! If you can’t remember who YOU are… Message me… let’s remember together… Grateful for a divine evening… In a divine portal… @lasendacr A divine sound journey by @puravidavibrations Grateful for this magical year… I’m officially older than my mother when she passed… A bittersweet milestone… And now… I begin again… Carrying the torch… My mother’s Leo energy lives on… Always in my heart… So much love…🦁✨💝🙏🍓🦋♌️ by @88lionsgate

Once a teacher… always a teacher… I’ve spent the last several years sitting with these plant allies and many others… and increasingly, studying the stories that existed long before I encountered them. My curiosity about Acacia confusa has taken me beyond the psychedelic experience and into botany, ecology, ethnobotany, ancestral relationship…and eventually across the world to encounter the tree in the places where its story has unfolded… And the more I learn, the more interested I become in one question… What can the nature of a plant teach us about the nature of our experience with it? I’m now offering a two-hour Acacia Confusa + Syrian Rue workshop for retreats, wellness centers, festivals, private groups and entheogenic churches. 🌿 Hour One is an interactive exploration of the plants themselves—their botanical characteristics, ecological stories, cultural and ceremonial relationships, the contemporary psychedelic tea, and the fascinating correspondences between how these plants live and what people anecdotally describe experiencing with them. We’ll see, touch and smell plant material, pass around images from the story, and share an Acacia-inspired non-psychedelic botanical tea. 🌳 Hour Two brings us out of the story and into the body with a full tree- and nature-inspired Yoga Nidra. No psychedelic substances are prepared or consumed. This is an educational and experiential offering rooted in curiosity, relationship and integration. Encounter the ethnobotanical story of the tree first… For hosting inquiries, DM me. More about my perspective, philosophy and offerings can be found on my Samadhi in the Body Substack… link in bio. #AcaciaConfusa #Ethnobotany #PlantWisdom #YogaNidra #PsychedelicIntegration by @88lionsgate

Not a single tree survived… This Valley Forge area… A place of regeneration for the US army… During the American Revolution… Trees were used for shelter, food prep, and warmth… And then when war ended… The depleted land was reforested and restored… The trees… If you aren’t sure what to do… during this new revolution… Plant a tree… Grow seeds… Support those who do… A peaceful answer… We are regenerators… My US history lesson for today… #trees taken in Valley Forge National Historical Park by @88lionsgate

Thinking about Kauai… Sending all my love… July 2027… I was called there so strongly… And just as strongly asked to leave… And to know what they’ve now been through… My heart goes out to the people and the land… The trees and the animals… The sweet Garden Island… I know there is always a plan… Much grander than I will ever understand… But it never gets easier… May we find peace and balance… And realize we are part of nature… taken in Kaua'i - The Garden Island, Hawaii by @88lionsgate

Enjoy your time… Don’t get greedy… Make the most of your turn… Regenerate your vessel and your field… Leave it a little better than you found it… Ease the suffering of others when you can… And let go when you are asked to… I think that’s all we are supposed to do… We can all live here forever… But how would we balance the equation… How will we create space for all the souls waiting… Life on earth is an equation… And the language of the universe says… Equations are meant to be balanced… Not manipulated… There are some basic rules… This is what algebra taught me about aging… And life… An ode to my favorite subject…⚖️♾️ I’m in Fort Lauderdale for a little bit… DM me for a private session or just to have coffee or visit… I’m working and setting up this next chapter… however it works out… I’ll be spending more focused time here in 2027… building nests… paving the path…Sacred Spaces ™️ by @88lionsgate
