Reflecting on this retreat, I’m filled with so much gratitude and clarity about the next chapter for Indulge in Art. Meeting like-minded, inspiring individuals and hearing their stories, sharing laughs, and even tears. This trip was a reminder of why I love what I do. Although I didn’t do much “painting” or “sketching” I did a lot of soul searching. This experience ignited a deeper passion in me to share my art with people and to build a true community. In 2025, I’m bringing that vision to life with more workshops, both in Charleston and around the world. It’s going to be a year of fostering connection, focusing on personal growth, and living life fully through creative energy. As the quote says, ‘Being an artist means to be continually asking, “How can it be better?” Whatever it is, it may be your art, and it may be your life.’ This retreat made me ask myself, what can I bring to the table in 2025—not just for Indulge in Art, but for my own journey. So I ask you: What can you bring to the table in your own life? Let’s make this year extraordinary together.

It was just over a year ago I landed on this magical land when it was shown to me that I would be holding ceremonies here. 👁️ I spent many days with the Acacia trees which revealed a mission that I felt incapable to hold. 🌲 With every expansion, there were so many contractions, self sabotage and moments of deep introspection. I encountered many lessons and saw many parts of myself through the mirrors that I avoided for so long. 💔 I was being initiated and prepared for this new path that has opened. This ceremony was a coming home, a coming back to a land where so much transformation happened for me. 🏠 I feel so honored to share Acacia with so many beautiful people. To revive the wisdom of the Tree of Life and hold space for others to journey with her. This manifestation is just the beginning to a new way of coming together. ☝️ I am grateful for the group of women by my side, the sisterhood that’s formed. To share space with such powerful women and learn from the plants on what healing spaces can be, I am very clear on the path that we are walking together. 😃 Healing doesn’t have to be hard. We can come together and truly embrace one another in unity to return ourselves back to the love that we are. We can empower each other that we are the medicine. The more we embody that truth, the more ripple effects we create as one unit: powerful, strong and leading from the heart 🧡✨ To all these beautiful souls, answering the call to be here together in ceremony on this land with Acacia, thank you for your love, presence and trust ✨ as we continue soaring together wherever life takes us 💫

My reset looked like Yoga everyday Hiking in Rincon de La Vieja National park. Bathing in the hot springs and streams. Swimming in the waterfall. Breathing in the clean air. Gazing at the stars.
