You know you’re in Lexington when there’s a bourbon tasting and an advert for horse meds at the airport. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 #MyOldKentuckyHome by @8michele8

I promise you nothing will ever top my lovely “retirement” send off last year from David and everyone at WNT. And like someone with a shelf full of these said, I do not need trophies to validate my worth, but in all of my 26 years as Stage Manager, as the broadcast won the Emmy award for Outstanding Live News Program over and over, my position had not been recognized by the Television Academy to be included in these wins until this past year. So it’s nice to be officially part of #TeamABC. Everyone may now 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 for my Emmy. ☺️ by @8michele8

Picked up Lulu after my double shift even tho I was 😵‍💫 cause she needed to be home 😔 where she joins those who went before her. 🙏🏻 And if you have a problem with my little memorial setup, you know which emoji is for you. Thank you and have a nice day. 🐈‍⬛🌈 #cats by @8michele8
