POSTS STORIES REELS

We’ve been conditioned to expect the quick fix.

A pill. A powder. Something that works instantly.

But what if that’s actually part of the problem?

In tomorrow’s episode of Thrive Like a Mother, Keshila Jones breaks down why many of the things we grab for quick relief are often just masking symptoms instead of supporting true healing.

And why real wellness, especially when it comes to herbs and holistic health, requires something most of us aren’t used to anymore. Patience.

This conversation challenged me to think differently about how we care for our bodies and what it actually means to support them long-term.

🎙 New episode drops tomorrow. You’re going to want to hear this one. by @92plushealth

“Aging doesn’t mean decline, it means refinement.”

That line stopped me in my tracks during this conversation.

For so long, we’ve been handed this narrative that getting older means losing energy, losing strength, losing connection with our bodies. But what if aging is actually an invitation?

An invitation to listen more closely. To move with more intention. To honor what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

In today’s episode, Keshila Jones reminds us that vitality isn’t about trying to look younger. It’s about feeling stronger, thinking clearer, and being more connected to yourself as you grow. And the best part?

It’s never too late to start listening.

🎙 The episode is live now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.

Save this one for every day you need the reminder: your body is always communicating with you. by @92plushealth

Big moments in community are important, but it’s the small intimate moments of sisterhood that make life so much sweeter!

On this day, beautiful women from LA set aside time to replenish and rejuvenate in a sweet space curated by @newdaywithsybilamuti in partnership with @hotelfigueroa by @hyatt . Together, we laughed, cried and received affirming words from @drtarajenkins and @mindaharts and @cynthiaelaine while eating good food, getting IV hydration from @urspafemme , snag a few vitamins from @92plushealth and setting our hearts and minds to be good to ourselves so that we can be good to others!

Thank you to everyone sister who came to the room ready to receive the love and connection that organically comes to life when we come together!💛💛💛

What a beautiful way to close Phase One. ✨

Saturday’s Vital Radiance Brunch & Learn marked our final session of Phase One of @holistic_wander Nourish & Flourish™ Residency—and I’m leaving it deeply grateful.

There is something powerful about being in rooms with beautiful humans, educators, practitioners, and doctors who are genuine experts in their fields—and who choose to share their knowledge, insights, and practical tools so others can regulate their nervous systems and live as fuller, healthier versions of themselves.

A special shout-out to @soundaramusic , whom I had the honor of collaborating with to create the music for the meditation and movement practice I facilitated this weekend. I’m so grateful to them and look forward to sharing more of their work with all of you in the future. They are brilliant at creating authentic, ethical music that contributes something meaningful to this world. 💜

Thank you to everyone whose path crossed mine throughout this experience, and to everyone who stayed curious and trusted me to guide you through a taste of Intuitive Movement Meditation™. It is an honor to share this work with you.

If you’d like to experience IMM™, join me this Sunday for The Sunday Reset—a free, live online community practice from 9:00–10:00 AM PT.

Additional online and in-person workshops are coming in September.

✨ Reserve your spot and explore all upcoming offerings through the link in my bio.
