Last time was FULLY BOOKED! 🙌🏽

For the next one, we want to make sure we have the right number of people on the mats so everyone can train safely and have a great experience.

So this time, booking in advance is essential.

The K-Guard is one of the slickest guards in NoGi.🔥

It’s a position that gives you so many possibilities, you can threaten the legs, create strong upper-body control, transition into different attacks and constantly force your opponent to react.

K-Guard has become a huge part of modern JiuJitsu, and there’s a reason so many high-level players are using it.

If you want me to break down how I’m using K-Guard in class, step by step, and you don’t have access to the class, DM me “K” and I’ll send you the video breakdown.

Understand the position. Understand the connections. Then the techniques start to make sense. 🔥👊🏾 taken in Nine Elms, Battersea by @9elms.jiujitsu
