POV: You stopped playing about your goals. 🏋🏾‍♀️

200 lbs. 😮‍💨

This isn’t just about the weight on the bar. It’s about what happens when you finally decide to take yourself, your goals, and your growth seriously.

No more waiting for the perfect time.
No more talking myself out of it.
Just showing up and putting in the work.

One lift. One goal. One day at a time.

And we’re just getting started. 💪🏾

What goal are you done playing about? 👀

195 lbs. 🏋🏾‍♀️

This didn’t happen overnight.

It happened one workout, one rep, one decision at a time.

You don’t have to feel ready.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You just have to be willing to show up.

Because sometimes the weight you’re lifting isn’t the only thing getting stronger. You are!

Start where you are. Keep showing up. And let the results remind you what you’re capable of.

You got this💪🏾😄✨!

What’s one thing you’re committing to showing up for this week? 👇🏾
