Striving to be a better version of yourself is always the ultimate goal. It’s a life long process. Exercising should be a consistent step in that process. #jrfitness #getfitordietrying

📸2023 Recap Part 2 🥂 1. My girlfriend took me out to dinner , (girl dinnnerrrrr 🎤, if you know what I’m talking about you’re great ) . 2. Wow…. offically 7 months since I last 💨🍃. I’m so much more level headed. It was a coping mechanism for me, I used it to escape from lifes stressors, suppressing emotions .. it was my crutch. I’m proud of myself that I was honest enough with myself to admit that . I wasn’t productive using it , and it didn’t make my life better either , but slightly worsen it . I’ve whit many times before , which were short lived. This time with a short international prayer, and a leap of commitment.. the normal withdrawal symptoms I usually experienced , weren’t there . For that I give thanks to Yahweh 🛐 3. I experimented with more raw eating this year , raw tacos, heavy on juicing, fruit bowls, and smoothies. I definitely intend to take it up a knotch this upcoming year . It can be challenging if you don’t prepare but it’s worth it . 🥒🥗🍎🍇🍑🍉 4. My prima ( my cousin ) I haven’t seen since I mean I was a baby . I enjoyed her energy so much, definitely life of the party during celebrating her sisters wedding . Isn’t she beautiful ? ☺️🥹 5. Jadaaa ☺️, on this day we reflected , caught up on all things life and ate some seeded watermelon on a blanket watching the sunset 🍉. Sounds kind of romantic right. Congratulations to you again , she’s a fiancé 💍 6. Shoutout to this elderly lady for capturing out picture really far away 😂😂. I was crying inside on how far this picture was captured . Catching up with Alyson on this girls day was fun, we enjoyed our bonding time over a competitive game of 🎳 7. Monica 💞, drove to the city for our girls day . We shopped on target , tried on hella clothes, laughed alot , drove around Nola and grabbed some brunch that was so fire . Thank you Monica for being a great friend to me 💗 I know who to call on a rainy day (literally)⛈️ 8. These raw tacos I made for the first time was so pressure 😭😭😭. Salivating as I type , because reallly ! I was intimated on creating these. 9. My logo was birthed this year . This is the black/white option. ( dang it ain’t showing 🥲) 10. 🚀
