Miss Bikini Day 12 | Prep 💜Prep has been so much more than workouts and posing.It’s been 4 a.m. alarms, long runs, heavy lifts, Hot Pilates, recovery days, and learning that taking care of your body is just as important as pushing it.One thing that’s made a huge difference is making recovery a priority. Whether it’s the infrared sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge, or just taking an hour to reset, @slickrocktanningspa has become part of my routine and helped me show up feeling my best.This journey has challenged me physically, but it’s changed me mentally even more. Miss Bikini Day 11 | My Inspiration 💜My biggest inspiration has always been my kids.Before I became a mom, I never could’ve pictured this life. It was my kids who inspired me to become someone they’d be proud to look up to. Running marathons, stepping on stages, traveling for competitions, and chasing dreams that once felt impossible all started with wanting to show them what’s possible when you believe in yourself and refuse to give up.Everything I do is for them.I want them to grow up knowing that becoming a parent doesn’t mean your dreams have to end. You can keep learning, keep growing, reinvent yourself, and chase goals that scare you. I hope they see that success isn’t about always winning—it’s about showing up, staying consistent, getting back up after setbacks, and having the courage to try.More than anything, I hope my daughter grows up knowing she’s capable of anything she sets her mind to, and I hope my boys grow into men who encourage, support, and celebrate the women in their lives as they chase big dreams of their own.No title or crown will ever mean more to me than being their mom. Miss Bikini Day 10 | Work out Pic It’s no secret I love my 4 a.m. lifts and Sunday long runs, but my favorite workout of the week is always Inferno Hot Pilates.The classes are upbeat, fun… and HOT. 🔥 It’s one heck of a workout, but honestly, Erin and this community are what make it so special.For an hour, we work hard, laugh a lot, connect with our bodies, and choose to show up for ourselves. It’s become such an important part of my mental health. I leave every class feeling lighter, stronger, and more grounded than when I walked in.I’m so thankful for the friends who show up week after week, an instructor who’s become one of my best friends, and a body that allows me to do the things I love. Day 9 | Favorite Bikini Queen 👑My favorite Bikini Queen has to be Daryl ✨Back in February, I answered my very first model call. We were outside in bikinis… in Washington… in February. 🥶 I was freezing, so nervous, completely out of my comfort zone, and I didn’t know a single person.Daryl came right over, wrapped her arms around me, and said, “You must be cold. You’re doing great.”At the end of the shoot, everyone was taking individual photos. I was honestly just going to leave because… what do I even do with my hands? 🫠Instead, Daryl stood right in front of me and coached me through the whole thing. She made me feel comfortable, confident, and like I belonged.That’s the kind of woman she is, and it’s exactly why I’m so excited for Miami. Miss Bikini Day 8 | What I’m Most Excited About ✨Honestly… all of it.Walking the runway, stepping outside my comfort zone, and seeing how much I’ve grown.I’m excited to learn, get feedback, and come home even better than I arrived.I’m looking forward to meeting the other women, building friendships with the Bikini Tribe, and being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.And of course… getting to work with some incredible photographers and create content I’ll always look back on.I have a feeling I’ll be coming home with so much more than just photos.
