So it was a crazy hybrid experience: not all stations were filmed, and I definitely showed myself more than my partner
But we did 800m runs between each stations. The stations were: Bear crawls. Sandbag carry (30kg). Plate pull (25kg). Burpees. Single arm farmers carry (16kg). Weighted lunges(10kg). Rowerg. Wall balls.
