from 240lbs insecure and unhappy…to a healing happy woman, living life not worrying about the scale anymore. or anything for that matter.😌 a reminder that work was done but the work never ends. 💪🏾 in love with growing. #transformation #itspersonalthistime #2026goals taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @___kunbi

WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES! 🤯

left pic: jan 2024, right pic: this past saturday

same corset, different mentalities. 🔥🔥

now that i know how big i can get, i ain’t getting that big EVER AGAIN! 🤣 i’m my own competition at this point lol. so far, ive lost roughly 45lbs naturally. discipline and consistency have saved my life literally. i used to loathe the gym, now i feel off if i don’t workout. i love that the gym is the answer for my problems, not a hurdle i feel like i can’t overcome. most of this was on my own, but a push from @coachjohno has helped me reach even higher levels.

this is a reminder of not only how far i’ve come, but how much further i wanna go. officially in my gym girlie era 🥰💪🏾 i love it here by @___kunbi
