Don’t overthink this is love
Maybe it’s just a crush
Baby, is this your love affair, your love affair
I hope what I feel is enough
Maybe this is just lies
Baby, is this your love affair
Your love affair, yeah

Exit Through The Box Shop - a few weeks later, and we’re still thinking about this night.

@opulenttemple DJs. Fire from the @flaminglotusgirls. Rides on the giant animatronic Tauntaun. BB gun gallery. Cowboy Girl at the bar with Bambam the chicken supervising. @emilyskips spinning on her lyra suspended from the forklift. Interactive art galore.

More than 500 of you came and made Exit Through The Box Shop one of our greatest parties yet, while also helping us raise funds toward our new home. You all proved once again that there’s nothing quite like a Box Shop party.

Keep your eyes out for our final events at 951 Hudson before we move in the fall.
DM to collaborate or perform!

Kyoto, Japan 1990

When my family came to visit me while I was studying in Tokyo we traveled to Kyoto and stayed at an active temple. My sister was only 7 at the time. The only bath was for the monks so we went to the local communal bath house every day. This woman was the kind caretaker at the temple. 😊 by @___tabula___rasa___

So grateful to be surrounded by the sweet instant film fam and a cast of beautiful performers last weekend at @pola.con 2025!

Last year, I attended this event right after my mom passed and the welcoming authenticity of this group really buoyed me up a lot in a time that felt ultra turbulent and scary.

This year, I felt an even deeper love for all of the hard work, artistry, innovation, and friendship this group exudes.

Thank you to everyone for continuing to make this event a sunny spot in my life. If there’s anything instant film teaches us it is the ephemeral beauty of the moments we get to share with each other. 💜 taken in Thee Parkside by @___tabula___rasa___
