Im still at a lost for words but as I did my Proverbs challenge this morning the reminded scripture was right there ….

Of course I had to outdo myself and find a GREAT spouse. Thank you God for reminding me I’m one of your favorites. 🥹😌😮‍💨

Happy Fridaaayyyy!!! 💫

Ya’ll, we’ve been sitting on pictures and posting, STILL trying to gather the words to describe SZN 5: The Year of the Butterfly… and the only word we’ve come up with is: FELT.

You HAD to be there.
You HAD to experience it for yourself.

We can post all day and interact with you through polls and questions, but something about being in a room full of like-hearted women, stripping off the facade of “having it all together” or being “okay,” hits a special place. 💚

Baby… you just had to feel it. And we did! 🦋

We still have our thank you roll out coming, but for now… we just wanted you to visualize a feeling.

Tomorrow will be 3 years since I was baptized. Nobody knows the internal battles I carried and what I’ve released. Nobody knows MY daily fight of dying to my flesh to be a better ME. Just like that baby watched us then, he watches us every day, how I react to things, how I speak and treat people. It shows up in him.

I thank God for saving me when I couldn’t save myself. I thank God for hearing me when my mouth never opened. I thank God for knowing me in my mother’s womb and reminding me who HE said I was, and not what people say I am.

As this weekend approaches for SZN 5 of @rootedinyou… and it being the Year of the Butterfly, I am STILL in awe of God. I STILL give Him the glory, the honor, AND the praise. I am nothing without Him.

I am not perfect, but I AM HIS! So… close enough. 🤭😘

Find your way. Find your walk. Do it with intention.

Happy BIRTH month HAIRmeout 🥹🎉🙏🏽

To my Royal Family.
I love ya’ll DOWN. Like down down to the ground!! There’s no room for the devil because we’ve truly stomped the musty one out with every step! We’ve laughed together, we’ve cried, we’ve shared victories, we’ve shared losses. We’ve supported each other, we’ve prayed for each other. The memories I have with so many of you low key kinda got me emotional as I type.

Words will NEVER be enough to thank each and every one of you for believing in a girl who didn’t always believe in herself.

Someone called our studio “a sanctuary” (a safe place/ refuge) a few years ago, and I was shooketh. Such a heavy noun that carries so much power… and God said, “so do you!” 🥹 (okay, so now I ball… like I’m SOBBING, so let me be done)

Cheers to 12, my people!

Thank you for always trusting me when I couldn’t trust myself. Thank you for answering the call of our Father by breathing life into me when I struggle to hear His voice. Thank you for loving and pouring into my likkle family. Thank you for your dedication and consistency. Excuse my French, but ya’ll really are the sh%t!!!
