This fake egg is made from soya milk.
We produce it in mountain on chiba.There is clear water and fresh air. It is limited dish and sometimes disappear from our shelves.

“Last year, I spent two weeks traveling through Japan, mostly visiting Tokyo and Kyoto, and pretty quickly the trip turned into one long food adventure—as one does when traveling as a vegan in a new country.⁠

Before going, I’d heard every opinion possible about eating vegan in Japan, with some people making it sound nearly impossible, while others swore the food scene was incredible. The truth was somewhere in the middle: it definitely took a little extra planning and flexibility, but there were so many amazing vegan-friendly restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and fully vegan spots that completely exceeded my expectations.” ⁠

Continuing our #Japan food recap: @__ayler__ 🍜

We absolutely loved our dining experience at this tiny soba noodle spot in Shimokitazawa. The tempura was delish and freshly made, the soba was chewy and tender, and the broth was delicious! There’s a gorgeous espresso maker in the front of the shop where the owner serves up coffee beverages while we fries tempura. He also asked us about our music taste and spun jazz records the whole meal. Such a cool way to start our day. 🫶✨
