At the end of 2024, I made one of the toughest choices of my life. I stepped away from the comfort of a company I spent four years growing inside of, to take on a bigger role in a place that was being built from scratch. It was a risk, but I trusted what I could bring to the table.

Fast forward twelve months:
$9M+ serviced • 58 reps • $122K rookie RPR
…and the company breaks into #744 on the INC 5000 in YEAR ONE.

This summer is off to a great start 👇🏼

Why? How? We’re doing things differently at ProForce.

Right before kickoff, we brought together our branch managers, regional sales reps, and the entire operations team for a night aboard the Lady Atlantic in Delray Beach.

Cruising the Intracoastal with this crew wasn’t just about the views—it was about connection.

From customer support to scheduling, logistics to leadership, this dinner was a thank you to the people who keep ProForce running day in and day out.

Most sales companies keep the field and the backend separate. We don’t. At ProForce, we bring everyone to the table—literally.
