Continued education isn’t just about learning a new technique. It’s also learning that you are NOT going to please every client—and that’s okay.
You can be talented. You can be licensed. You can stay educated, invest in yourself, keep up with trends, and genuinely care about your clients… and somebody still might not love the finished look.
That doesn’t automatically mean you’re a bad stylist.
Sometimes the lesson isn’t “I need to quit.”
Sometimes it’s “I need to learn, adjust, communicate better, and keep going.”
Don’t let ONE unhappy client make you question everything you’ve built.
Take the feedback. Learn what you can. Leave what doesn’t apply. Shake it off. 💕💇🏽‍♀️
