NOT HER MAKING SURE HER PART WAS STRAIGHT! 😭😂💕

Baby came to Community Hair Day and made SURE I was doing my job! 😂 Between the little inspections, the facial expressions, and her BIG personality, she had me cracking up!

And when she finally showed off those finished braids? I think it’s safe to say I passed inspection! 😮‍💨👏🏽💕

Moments like these remind me why giving back to the community means so much to me. It’s bigger than hair. It’s about the smiles, the connections, and making somebody feel special. 🥹❤️

COMMUNITY HAIR DAY | PART TWO 🎀✨

Special thank you to @__charstar__ for helping make moments like these possible! 💕

Continued education isn’t just about learning a new technique. It’s also learning that you are NOT going to please every client—and that’s okay.
You can be talented. You can be licensed. You can stay educated, invest in yourself, keep up with trends, and genuinely care about your clients… and somebody still might not love the finished look.
That doesn’t automatically mean you’re a bad stylist.
Sometimes the lesson isn’t “I need to quit.”
Sometimes it’s “I need to learn, adjust, communicate better, and keep going.”
Don’t let ONE unhappy client make you question everything you’ve built.
Take the feedback. Learn what you can. Leave what doesn’t apply. Shake it off. 💕💇🏽‍♀️
Because being a professional doesn’t mean you’ll never make mistakes—it means you’re committed to getting better.
And baby… we’re gonna keep learning AND keep styling. 😂✨
