She deserved a BOMBASTIC side eye for this one 😒 I asked her to finish the lyrics and she started naming artists, the wrong artists at that 😩😂 by @__cocoluv

Y’all ever been drunk bowling with your friends?! Now that’s a different vibe and it’s such a great time! My bestfriend @kc.thadon throw a 2000s themed bday party at the Lucy Strike in College Park we were lit! Yes your girl was bowling in flip flops and my sis Jta was bowling in heels. P.S., we actually scored the most points 💁🏾‍♀️

After bowling, we went to @sost.dc! We were all so lit, we didn’t even need any more shots or drinks. Every chance I get when I’m outside, I try to get content so shoutout to my friends that participated and for the people I met outside.

The night didn’t end there, we ended up at the afties to catch a vibe and then called it a night. That was a lit day and I know he enjoyed his bday! taken in Bowlero College Park by @__cocoluv

I love when my clients book me for intimate events because I feel like I’m apart of a special memory. My client booked my basic package which included me just showing up with a full bar set up and she provided everything else!

She created a specialty cocktail menu and requested a customized glass for the guest of honor. She sent the design inspo and I brought it to life 💁🏾‍♀️ The client really went all out for her man and I love that for her. She cooked all the food, supplied an open bar, hosted in her new house and successfully surprised her boyfriend!

Jamaican women are top tier and I couldn’t be more proud of my client and honored to be part of this event! If you’re interested in mobile bartending services, book with me @2jadeddrinks link in the bio 🥂🍾 by @__cocoluv

The ultimate reset day at @capitalwellnesspg 🧖🏾‍♀️🧊✨

They literally thought of everything—from stepping into the cozy robes and sandals the second you arrive, to cycling through the sauna, a refreshing cold plunge, and ending with leg compression boots. There’s even a shower on-site to wash off and freshen up!

They also offer amazing massages to round out your recovery day. If you need a moment to truly unwind and recharge, you have to check them out. Highly, highly recommend! 🙇🏾‍♀️ by @__cocoluv

Step into the Red Room with me hosted by @allgoodfriendss! Every Thursday they host at Rosemarino D’Italia from 7pm-2am. The aura here gives very much classy but seductive at the same time. There is a live DJ, Italian food, good drinks and hookah. The male to female ratio here gives a safe place for women as there are more women than men 😉 Sam is a great host and makes everyone feel welcomed and seen!

Grab your girls, get dressed and step into the Red Room on a Thursday to catch a vibe! 🥂💃🏾 taken in Rosemarino D'Italia by @__cocoluv

Ever felt like you wanna go to a bar that offers heavy pours, Asian American fusion food, live DJ and lit atmosphere? Visit Golden Dragon Bar in Baltimore and they won’t disappoint! I went there on a Friday and they were having a karaoke night. This isn’t your ordinary boring karaoke, these people were performing lol

I tried the Tropical Long Island and that was best Long Island I’ve ever had. I also ordered the combination Shrimp, Beef and Chicken Lo Mein with some Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls. Add some of that sweet and sour sauce to the Lo Mein and it heightens the flavor

Everyone in that bar came to have a good time and were friendly! The Dragon will be seeing me again 😅 taken in Golden Dragon by @__cocoluv

Ever thought of trying mat Pilates? I tried it for the first time and it was a great experience! @capitalwellnesspg invited me to attend a Pilates Reset and Restore event hosted by @thepilatesarchitect. MJ was an amazing instructor and ensured that all the first timers were comfortable throughout the event.

After the class, @capitalwellnesspg sponsored all their services! There was an option to do a cold plunge, infrared sauna, leg compressions and a massage. I chose the massage and leg compressions because I knew my body would be sore the following day. At the end of the event, we received goodie bags with some facial care products provided by @oh.girlrelax and got to try a new Sparkling Matcha Lemonade by @drinkcleo

All in all, I would try mat Pilates again! Make sure you all follow @capitalwellnesspg for more events to come. by @__cocoluv
