So... I don't quite know what to say. Because I've never had to do this. I've never felt compelled to speak to my experiences at a job that I'm leaving. But my time at Little Rituals has been more than just a job. Over the last four and a half years, this space, this team, this leadership have shaped me and my future in ways that I don't even think I fully fathom yet.

It's been nothing short of a blessing to find a space and team that fosters growth, creativity and hospitality. A space I've felt comfortable to be myself while still learning who I am as a hospitality professional, and a team who's passion inspires me every day. Together we've built a world class bar program. We've won local awards, a pinnacle pin, and were titled Best US Hotel Bar by Tales of the Cocktail. To my team, it's been an honor to lead you.

To my bosses, Aaron DeFeo and Ross Simon. Thank you for taking a chance on me and seeing the potential within. I would not be who I am today as a bartender, leader, or human without your guidance and leadership. You've taught me first and foremost, to believe in myself. You've also taught me the importance of hospitality and how to best practice that with my guests, my team and myself. You've forced me to grow by giving me all the necessary tools but also the space to make mistakes. You've fostered my creativity and you've taught me what it means (and what it takes) to be a leader.

With that said, it's time for me to take the next step in my career. I'm happy to announce that I've accepted the role as general manager for 36 Below. I'll be starting in August, so until then please come see me during my last couple months at Little Rituals (and my last couple months as a bartender!). I'm extremely excited to take on this new journey and I look forward to being a part of such a great team.
