God bless 19 year old G for capturing this moment & for never giving up 🤝🏽

This was the first bootcamp I ran after qualifying as a personal trainer

Now look what we built

If you can currently relate to that first clip this is your sign to keep showing up, again and again and again by @__georgiefit

Ep. 1 | introducing my new series where I’ll be showing the ins and outs, behind the scenes and reality of building a business

I started CBG 10 years ago now and although I share how I built this business I thought it would be interesting to show how I’ve built my second business @reignbygeorgie

I had to reposition myself online, build a whole new system and talk to a whole new audience

So follow along because if you’re also building something of your own right now, we can do it together 👑 📈 by @__georgiefit

“I’d like to be earning a minimum of 3k a month stable”

The exact words from my client when she onboarded

For a 6 MONTH GOAL

We surpassed it within 2 months and beat it in 3

In that 3 months:

Maximised her personal branding
Built a sales funnel
Doubled her client base (1 single drop off)

And she’s now feeling so secure in herself and her business she’s off on a lovely holiday tomorrow

Makes my bloody heart warm 🥰🫶🏽 by @__georgiefit

You can still be passionate about your businesses success without feeling deep emotional connection to it

I will sometimes be talking to a coach who will say “I just feel like giving up” “I’m so down about X in the business”

& I do understand this.

But DO NOT be so quick to give up!

I use to deep absolutely everything to a point where it felt painful to have things go “wrong”

But that’s business. Business growth isnt a linear thing. You WILL have set backs, failures, times that feel like regression

This is when a lot of business owners will quit or just stay super safe with any further decisions

Taking risks & trying new things will unlock more information and lessons (even if on reflection they weren’t right)

I’ve lost 000’s on risks

But that’s never a lost in my eyes, just a lesion learnt
& that information always allows me to step back, re adjust and make a new better move

If you’re panicking about something in your business right now, take the emotions away. Look at it as what it is, a business & diagnose what’s causing the issue

Then set 3-5 steps you can take (even if they feel risky, just make sure they are logical lol) to fix the problem

Growth, busyness and progress is always on the other side of sitting through the rougher periods 🤝🏽 by @__georgiefit

Push and pull 🤓🤝🏽

In business but also in your fitness journey. Learning this & learning when you personally need to do either or is extremely essential for long term sustainability

Did I use to feel guilt for this kind of thing?
Yes.

However as I get more into business I’ve realised it’s not cool to work 24/7 for 52 weeks a year

It actually took me SEVEN YEARS to take a week off work annually🥲

& when I did? Wow. Yeah, needed

Feeling amazing after this little self care chilled period, & ready to go again 😈 by @__georgiefit

Every single successful business women does these 4 things 🤝🏽

I’ve sold 2.2m in services within the fitness industry

Not one sales call
Not one cold dm

But I mastered all of these things ⬆️ which in turn has kept me at full capacity with a waitlist since 2020

& now I get to help other female coaches do the same, what a life 💘 by @__georgiefit

Who made it out alive? 😏
