Doesn’t get much better than this 😮‍💨

From day 1 to absolutely glowing on shoot day for my ladies who shot with Yannis last weekend 📸

Each with their own stories & their own start point but everyone coming together over the weekend to celebrate 🥂

It’s never about the photos

It’s about the process of who you become during the prep and the confidence you install into yourself that you are THAT GIRL 💁🏼‍♀️

Do I book another group shoot for October? 👀 WHOS IN?

So proud of you all 🥰❤️ & I hope seeing these transformations reminds you again what you have truly achieved 👏🏽

Down right CRAZINESS 🔥🤯

Sometimes people will enquire with me and mention @laura_fergs’s transformation as inspiration

I do not blame them one bit & I LOVE to read this 🥺 As myself and Laura have been working together for 8 and a half years now… We built this rig as a team and she’s been with me through ever single motion of my online coaching business since it started (I appreciate you 🫶🏽)

But i do have to slip in the reminder that a mind blowing transformation like Laura’s is not going to have happen from one diet alone.. in fact it’s not even going to happen in the space of two diets.. or even three

It takes real dedication, consistency, patience & hard work to achieve something like this

Now I know some people will switch off after they hear this 🤐

If they are not promised their dream body in less than a year they tap out. Ghost me. Find some sales coach who’s promised them abs in 12 weeks… *eye roll*

As if physique development is twins with Amazon Prime or something 🥲

But the truth is to get long term lasting results that allow you improve your relationship with food, exercise & yourself while looking more and more wham the ONLY route is the long route

How do we do this?

Spend time OUTSIDE a diet phase.. often 🤝🏽

Dieting is a tool:

Smash the diet ➡️ Exit the diet via reverse dieting (slowly increasing calories to maintenance) ➡️ Spending time here while eating high protein, progressing in the gym and recovering well

This is a crucial stage to complete as each time you go back into the diet phase you’ll have

💫 1. More muscle to pop through the skin and give a more “toned” look
💫 2. A better body composition to start the diet due to maintaining and not just “bulking” and gaining tons of unneeded excess body fat (I hate the idea of bUlkInG)
💫 3. A drop off of fatigue from dieting they will ultimately result in more adherence

& then we just rinse n’ repeat 🤌🏽

Simple’s 🤓

Fking crazy progress @laura_fergs

Only just getting started 👀👠 by @coachedbygeorgie

@fitformecbg’s words on her coaching experience with CBG 💖 this one genuinely brought a tear to my eye

Amanda has completely transformed her life in absolute every single way and I couldn’t be prouder of her

Shoutout to my wonderful client @feistyfit6

3 years
Life changing results

From under eating and over training wondering why she wasn’t seeing the results she thought she deserved to fuelling to train, actually moving less, focusing on stress management and only dieting in small phases when actually needed

By the way, Lori made these results aged 61! 😤😍

What’s your excuse again?

Swipe for her beautiful words, miss you so much already ❤️ but we will always stay in touch 🫶🏽🫶🏽 by @coachedbygeorgie

And just like that the last CBG group shoot of the year is done ✅📸

And what a fantastic day Saturday was 🥹

I will never ever get bored of helping women achieve something that they never in their wildest dreams thought they would ever achieve 👑

A lot of people think that a photo shoot is something that you do for 5-10 pictures. This is just not true. Yes, you might originally sign yourself up for this but anyone who’s done a photo shoot will agree with me when I say that it’s about the journey to the photo shoot and what the actual day represents 🫶🏽

& the actual day represents self confidence, self belief and blowing your damn mind on what you can actually achieve when you put your mind to it

Well done ladies. You all looked absolutely incredible at the weekend 😘🤝🏽

Thank you to @yannisphoto as always for just doing such an amazing job. Your attention to detail is why I always keep returning and I am excited for our next shoot, which will be on the iconic white island 🍒

& lastly to my absolute right hand woman @lysvisuals for capturing the most beautiful behind the scenes 🎥

(I will be running another UK group shoot in the Spring) by @coachedbygeorgie

ok so 6 weeks ago i set myself a little challenge… get myself back feeling my best before my holiday 🫶🏻

and i’ll be honest, i’d lost a bit of me I wasn’t training reguarly, I wasn’t feeling confident and I needed to prove to myself i could still do it

so I literally did everything I tell my girls to do 🤷🏼‍♀️

I got accountabilty from @coachedbygeorgie (angel btw) ✨💖

I tracked all of my food (without cutting out the stuff i love btw), trained even when i couldn’t be arsed, got steps in even when it was raining 👀😂 and actually stuck to the basic shit I said I would do

4kg down 🙌🏻 but genuinely that’s the least exciting bit. this was never about a number on the scale… it was about getting my confidence back and remembering who i was in the first place ✨

and now? i’m going to enjoy my holiday and maintain my results no guilt, no “back on it monday”, no panicking over every meal 🧚🏼‍♀️

if you’ve lost a bit of yourself lately, this is your sign your only 6 weeks away from feeling completely different

Ready to finally make a change in a sustainable way that doesn’t make you miserable? DM me the word ‘potential’ and let’s unlock yours together 🫶🏻

Jennifer on more calories now than this first picture 👏🏽

This is IMPORTANT! ⚠️

So many women think: lower cals, leaner

Decline 😜

Jennifer did one of my CBG63 challenges and then came on board with me for 1-1 where we reverse dieted her

She’s actually 7 weeks into this phase now where she has actually lost weight and is eating 350 calories a day more than before 👑

But eating more and still dropping? How does it work?

Well, more energy = more expenditure and more effort placed into training / cardio

More adherence from improvements with the relationship with food through eating more calories (not just being stuck dieting 24/7)

And a controlled reverse (Jennifer has a good couple of hundred of calories a day yet until we hit her maintenance) so right now she’s eating more, getting stronger, and leaner! Win win 🏆

A phase so many women fear but here’s YET another example of where this actually improves how you feel and look by @coachedbygeorgie

If you truly want to transform your whole physique there’s something you must know…

It takes WAY more than one diet

& it takes more time than you think away from a diet phase to actually grow the muscle

Terra and myself have actually only done 2 diets to achieve this absolutely mental transformation

The current shots you see there?

5 whole months after a diet phase…

Eating 700 calories A DAY more than she was in the diet

But still in absolutely incredible shape right?

How?

A controlled and structured reverse diet into an international gain-taining phase 📈

Nothing changes when Terra is not dieting.. she still hits her targets and she training really really hard

Time away from dieting ✅
Eating a proper diet that fuels and recovers ✅
Patience with the whole journey ✅
Training to failure ✅

She’s only 1kg lighter now than when we started working together (mid 2024… yes this is how long it takes)

Tbh she’s morphed massively for that timeframe

This is a true body recomposition 🤜🏽🤛🏽

If women are happy to commit to the process and take the time to achieve this kind of look, it’s one of my favourite things to coach 😮‍💨 because just LOOK at that 👏🏽 by @coachedbygeorgie

Behind the scenes of my group shoot out in Ibiza 🍒

Doesn’t get much better than taking your beautiful clients out to your favourite place on earth shooting them on a beach during sunrise and then a luxury yacht out at sea 💅🏽

Followed by a classic mambos sunset and a party at the iconic OB the next day 💃🏼

Huge congratulations to all of the girls who grafted hard to get to this shoot ✂️ you all looked absolutely incredible!

Can’t wait to see the final edits 👀 by the one and only @lysvisuals 📸 The actual GOAT of a hype women on set

Next international shoot? May 2027.. back on the White Island 🏝️ Clients, keep an eye on the group chat and anyone who doesn’t want FOMO get in touch. I have super limited 1-1 spaces open for this

@meganlockhartboyd looking absolutely incredible on her wedding day 💒

A total of 10kg down with scheduled diet break / maintenance phases in there to get her into the best shape of her life for the big day 💍

Meg came to me with a poor relationship with food and experiencing real struggle with her body image. She was living in a body she didn’t recognise anymore..

So one thing that has always been a focus for us while we have navigated these diet phases and other goals like hyrox’s, half marathons and a photoshoot is ensuring that we are only improving her relationship with food, not risking this just to look a certain way

As she said this is the healthiest diet she’s ever been on and this is because I am not the coach to just throw everything but the kitchen sink at clients to get them results. I don’t just diet and diet and diet clients hoping for the best..

I’ll always be honest (“Ok Meg, to do this while still enjoying social plans and fuelling for events we are gonna need a few diet phases with maintenance breaks)

Meg put her trust in me and she walked down that isle feeling her absolute best 😌

Swipe to see megs kind words 🫶🏽

Enjoy your honeymoon chick ✈️ looking forward to moving into the rest of the reverse diet when you’re back (feeling no type of way due to all the work we have done on mindset to this date) 🤭❤️ by @coachedbygeorgie

A huge congrats to @aleciamitch for winning this summers CBG63 challenge and becoming £500 richer 😍🏆

Just under a stone down and over 20cm lost around her waist, hips and thighs in 9 weeks 👏🏽

What an incredible result plus just LOOK at the difference in her work uniform 😮‍💨

Well done my lady! It’s been a pleasure to see you thrive on the programme and share all of your success, both with your pictures and all your non scale wins!

You’ll be flying now we have set the lifestyle habits in place together on the challenge 🎯

Enjoy putting the cash toward your wedding and good luck with your wedding dress shopping in September 💒

Swipe to hear @aleciamitch’s amazing feedback! 🥰 by @coachedbygeorgie
