Choice is the most powerful tool that we have 🧠

Everything comes down to choice.

5 years ago, I made the choice to change my life.

The 19th of February 2019 was the day I decided enough was enough.

The vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting, over-restriction and vast regains was no longer serving me.

I chose to take action, day after day. To prioritise myself. To show up for myself, even when I wanted to hide away from the world.

Each small action adding up to the results you see above. Nearly 100kg difference between the two photos.

I’m not going to sit here and pretend it has all been sunshine and rainbows. To be honest, anyone who tries to convince you that massive fat loss journeys are easy are LIARS 🤥

There will be days when it truly sucks, when you are frustrated at a perceived lack of progress despite giving it your all, despite your actions aligning perfectly with your goals, it is hard and you just want to give up BUT you choose to carry on anyway.

But even with the wobbles, the fears and the mistakes, look at where you could be… look at what you could achieve if you just believe in yourself and give yourself half a chance to succeed 🤍

Will you be perfect every day? No.

Will you be consistent every day? It’s unlikely, I certainly haven’t been.

Why not start a fresh today?

Why not choose to put yourself top of your priority list for once?

You’ve got this ✨🤍

Day two of the @coachedbygeorgie group shoot ✅

Another absolutely fabulous day with my second group getting behind the camera 📸

Nothing beats seeing a women who you know at one point was in a place of somewhat desperation to find themselves again to then watching them quite literally shine in that studio 🥹

When you come away from set and see the photos of yourself on the iPad… an UNBEATABLE feeling 😮‍💨

Well done girls, you all smashed it 🔥 we brought the heat and I’m BUZZING to see the final edits!

Big ups @yannisphoto as always 🤝🏽 Yesterday he asked me to remove a small hair from a clients leg to get the perfect shot and THIS shows is the level of detail that keeps me going back again and again

Thankyou to my little pocket rocket @katiea_coaching for capturing the behind the scenes 🎬 Always a great laugh on set, especially when I’ve had 3 coffees prior

Goodbye 2025! Hello 365 New Little Opportunities 👋🏻

What a year that was… it’s safe to say it tested me in ways I could never have imagined, with a few random curveballs thrown in (some of which definitely violated the bingo card T&Cs 👀).

Hard lessons were certainly learned, but they came paired with nourishing new friendships and finding people who recognised my potential and believed in me even when my own faith wavered ❤️‍🩹

Between starting a new job, doing my first photoshoot, and somehow winning a sporting event, my comfort zone was pushed so far it’s basically filed a missing persons report - proof that growth rarely happens where things feel comfortable…

This leaves me stepping into 2026 with one mission: to step out of survival mode and live more - being intentionally and unapologetically me ✨ by @lizzie_cbg

24kg down for the wonderful @fitthegavinway 👑📉

Katie started her cbg journey with @lizzie_cbg on her #transforminten challenge which is designed for women who are postpartum looking to get some routine back post pregnancy (highly recommend - Lizzie is absolutely incredible at what she does)

After this we joined forces to keep that momentum rolling and my god did we do this 🔥

Not only has she completely transformed her physique but is now training for a half marathon 🚀 (which is pretty wild when you think about where she started - see below)

Katie is a busy working mum of 3 but we make it work 🫡

This involves a lot of mindset work with being able to let go of being “perfect”. No two days will be the same & things will crop up but we have incredibly close knit communication which allows us to re adjust as needed 🥰

Ladies, you do not have to be ‘perfect’ to get results. I actually don’t want clients to aim for this as it’s unrealistic and unattainable for the most part. What’s way more important is this: Showing up for yourself every day in whatever way this looks like. Those small 1% all add up.. as Katie has shown 🤌🏽

“Kick starting after baby no. 2, in the depths of PND, severe hip and back pain it felt impossible. Transform in 10 was just perfect. Adapted to what I could do. I couldn’t walk let alone run, and I hated what I saw in the mirror, if I let myself look. I wore baggy clothes all day

Fast forward to now, 1 year on with G, I’m back to pre baby no 2 weight, training for a half marathon in 3 weeks and back feeling more confident in clothes. And I CANNOT WAIT to see where me and G can take me next”

I didn’t realise how much I needed this song until I heard it.

This past year has been the hardest I’ve ever had to navigate - physically, mentally, emotionally. Battling with my health chipped away at me in ways I couldn’t have anticipated and let’s be honest, when your body feels like it’s fighting you, it’s impossible for your mind not to follow ❤️‍🩹

I’ve spent the last year trying to hold it all together quietly, showing up even when I had nothing left in the tank. Not always gracefully, not always consistently (certainly not when it comes to posting here 🫣) but I showed up. For myself. For the amazing women I coach. For the life I still want to build. One day at a time.

For me, this photoshoot was never about aesthetics, it wasn’t about securing the ‘transformation pic’ although @yannisphoto worked pure magic ✨

It was about reclaiming something I thought I’d lost; my voice, my identity, my body.

It’s my little comeback. A visual reminder that surviving is enough. That healing is rarely linear. And that sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is stay standing.

If you’re in the thick of it, I see you. Keep going, one step at a time... You’re not alone 🤍 by @lizzie_cbg

There’s something truly magical about meeting a woman who’s done with going in circles, who’s ready for change but just can’t seem to crack the code

Then guiding her through a journey that leads to a life she never thought possible…

Week after week of showing up, building discipline, and strengthening her belief in herself until one day she’s stepping in front of the camera with confidence she never knew she had

I’ll never get tired of helping women transform every part of their life & doing these cbg group shoots are always such a raw and first hand way of seeing all our hard work as a pair come together

What an incredible day 📸

Thankyou @yannisphoto for making all of my ladies feel so comfortable and getting the best shots

& Thankyou to my number one @contentwithmaria__ for getting the BHS 🎥

Already 2 more group shots with yannis booked in for this year. We never slow down 😮‍💨🤌🏽 #coachedbygeorgie by @lizzie_cbg

2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣

From the soaring heights of moving into our forever home and expanding our family (🐣🐔🐰🦆🐐) to the painful lows encountered in the constant battle with my health it is safe to say it has been quite the rollercoaster year…

Whilst I may have been quiet on socials (apart from the sausage dog / duck spam on stories - sorry 😅) this year has seen some truly life-changing results secured for my clients from huge shifts in mindset or body composition, to regaining regular menstrual cycles and improving PCOS symptoms - not to mention there are now a handful of CBG babies across the world ✨🧸

To everyone I’ve had the privilege of working with this year: I am so proud of what you’ve achieved, thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be a part of your journey 🫶🏼🤍 by @lizzie_cbg

Do you find yourself reaching for your trusty comfy black dress or the same black leggings every day? 👀

This is something SO many women are guilty of (myself included) but it doesn’t mean you’re destined for a life of black as my amazing client Laura has discovered. She has been working hard to push her boundaries and invite more colour into her wardrobe whilst rewriting the narrative we were sold by the media growing up.

When she sent me her outfit in preparation for the eras tour, I knew it was time to share a small insight into the mindset shift that has been going on behind the scenes whilst we’ve been working together!

Here is what Laura had to say 💬

For a long time I’ve felt most comfortable in dark colours. And by dark colours I mean predominantly black. This was partially due to being a self-proclaimed and dedicated emo girl in the mid 00s and 10s, but also because I had heard plenty of messaging around me that black was “slimming”, that black “hides a multitude of sins”, and how it was a more “flattering” colour. Once I started to lean into only wearing black or dark grey - those were the only colours I selected.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not like I was head to foot black every day of the week, but I shied away from most other colours and definitely from things that weren’t neutrals.

In the past year I’ve been trying to move out of my comfort zone and find and wear COLOUR! I’ve started off with colours I think suit me; blues and greens. But I’ve also picked up pink dungarees, and sequin dresses along the way. Every now and then when I’m having some negative feelings about my body, I look in my wardrobe and the voice in my head says “black will hide your body” “you’ll feel safe in black”... And I’ve tried to instead think “what would make me feel GOOD not hidden?”. Life is too short to not wear bright colours because a 00s TV show told you that your body needs to be hidden if it doesn’t fit a certain (ever changing) beauty standard. And hey, I still love and wear a lot of black clothing, but I’m doing it because I love it - not because I’m scared.

Wear the black, wear the colours, but don’t use them to shame your body 🖤♥️💚💙 by @lizzie_cbg
