Smashing it these juniors! The best thing you can do for your children is to enroll them in a combat sport or martial arts class.

The changes and progress I see in them each session is amazing.

Proper excited for this!

After a loooong time out of the game I am getting back to it and dusting off the headphones for a night of absolute vibes.

I am planning to roll out a dubstep set and the night will be a mix of drum and bass and dubstep from Sheffields finest.

Bring the noise!!! 🫶🫡❤️

Some more new faces in the juniors squad.

This week the juniors are learning about Dutch Kickboxing.

These are all an absolute pleasure to teach and are improving each week in not only striking, but also in helping each other and just being all round great humans.

Back in tonight for more of the same 5-6pm down at the Dojo!

When parents first bring their child to martial arts, they might be thinking about fitness, confidence, self-defence or simply finding them a new hobby.

But over time, they often start noticing the smaller things.

They listen a little better.

They become more comfortable trying difficult things.

They learn how to lose, improve and try again.

They become fitter, more coordinated and more confident in themselves.

They make friends.

They work towards something.

And gradually, martial arts becomes much more than an activity they attend once or twice a week.

At Apex Fighting Academy, we want to develop capable martial artists — but we also want to help develop confident, respectful and resilient young people.

Another brilliant session for the juniors on Monday. Back in tonight to continue to grow their skill set.

Progressing each lesson this crew.

If you want your child to grow in confidence whilst developing coordination, learning new skills and using their imagination, then drop me a message or bring them down to one of our junior classes.

When you see the development in them in all aspects of life, you'll wish you did it sooner.

Pleased to announce I am back to it after what feels like a long hiatus. Excited to be transitioning vinyl for the first time in years and I have a new lease of life for it. Still getting to grips with the new mixer and will start recording and streaming very soon. Going to be pushing a wide range of vibes apart from the usual 170 and 140 soundscapes. Just great to be back at it and will be focusing on vinyl only and using Serato as well. #mixing #vinylforever #unity #soundsystemculture #dubplateculture by @__jarrie__
