I had the honor of connecting with Gina Cherelus of @nytstyle on my scalp care routine, managing seborrheic dermatitis, and documenting the viral 2 hour scalp massage trend on my TikTok. While trims and deep treatments are important, I’m here to say your hair’s health goes far beyond the strands ➰ Believe it or not, your scalp needs cleansing, moisturizing and even sun protection just much as your face does. 4C WASH DAY 🤩👑

3 months in mini twists. 2 days spent taking them down (they were this 🤏🏾 close to locking up lol.) 3 hours washing + styling. 4 hour drying time. Finallyyyy the curls are back!
