first in my bloodline to prioritize my own peace of mind

and honestly so much more..
living out my passions
healing through pain
valuing myself
knowing my worth
setting the tone
raising the bar
knowing the way out is through

all baseline but growing up without these examples can make it so hard to realize you deserve a life that fulfills & supports you. i’m happy to say i’ve been doing the hard work that will allow my future family to get the best version of me.
