🚀 Acceleration wins games 💫

Most athletes rarely reach top speed—success happens in the first 5–20 yards. That’s why we train the drive phase: powerful force production, strong body angles, explosive knee drive, and efficient mechanics that translate directly to sport.

⚡ Faster first step
⚡ Explosive starts
⚡ Better change of direction
⚡ Elite athletic performance

SPARC Summer Training, powered by Accel University at Legacy Sports Complex Hoschton, athletes learn proven speed-development methods used to build elite performers.

Middle School & High School athletes: use the off-season to gain an edge and get faster before the season starts.

📲 DM “SPARC SUMMER ” to reserve your spot. Limited availability.
