Want to get faster? 💫 🥇 You have to become more POWERFUL and EXPLOSIVE. Speed isn’t just running — it’s about how much force you can apply into the ground & how you activate those fast-twitch muscles and turn strength into real game speed. ⚡ Train explosive ⚡ Apply force correctly ⚡ Move with intent When you do that… you’ll see it translate directly to your sport. #AccelU, we don’t just train — we train with purpose. There’s always a WHY. 💾 Save this and add it to your next strength day 📲 Follow for more performance content 🚨 Now accepting athletes for SPARC All sports welcome Youth | Middle School | High School at @legacysportscomplex @legacysportcomplexhoschton 📩 DM for details

🥇Deceleration & Change of Direction🥇 SWIPE ➡️ In sport, it’s not just about how fast you can run — it’s about how well you can stop, control your body, and re-accelerate. That’s why our training progresses from Isometrics ➝ Plyometrics ➝ Sport Application. Isometrics = producing force without movement (holding positions under tension). This builds the foundation athletes need to absorb force and stabilize joints when stopping or cutting. Benefits of Isometrics • Improves joint stability (knees, hips, ankles) • Teaches athletes to absorb force when decelerating • Builds strong athletic positions and balance Plyometrics = rapid force production where muscles quickly stretch and contract to create explosive movement. Benefits of Plyometrics • Develops explosive power for sprinting and jumping • Improves reactive strength (absorbing then producing force quickly) • Transfers directly to speed, agility, and change of direction The goal: Control force first, then produce force. That’s how athletes stop faster, cut sharper, and move more efficiently in sport. SLOTS OPEN FOR SPARC YOUTH, MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL ! DM for details 💫
