I don’t have to tell you all how I feel about Nate. It is abundantly clear. His will to live is an inspiration to anyone. At 9 years old, he was diagnosed with stage 4 heart failure and an emergency room vet told me to put him down. He gave me almost 5 more years of love. I’ll never love another like I love him. On the other side of that 🌈 bridge, he is healed.

Today was my last workout at @therefineryatl. 9 years ago I followed my trainer and friend Wes to G4 Performance which would later transform and evolve into The Refinery. I’m blessed to have spent 7.5 years growing my knowledge, changing my mind, improving my body and hitting goals I never could have imagined. There will never be another gym community like this one. Thank you for pursuing this dream Freddy. The memories are everlasting. In the words of Mr.Refinery @drueprint, ‘Don’t wake up Thursday without a plan.’ I will always love this place and the people in it. Cheers. Onwards and upwards. taken in The Refinery by @_a.shun_

Shoutouts to my dental hygienist and dentist. If you don’t floss daily, I don’t trust you.

The last week of April made my cup overflow.
I smiled.
I smelled the roses.
I loved my pup.
I built bikes for children in Atlanta with my peeps.
I made candles in support of creatives with autism.
I loved on my framily. I cried. 😂
I practiced RDLs and squats at the bar w/ a marg.
I talked to my old man.
I told my Mom I love her.

I receive all the love coming to me. I return it to those around me. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 by @_a.shun_
