People say “I’ll go ghost” but then there are people that still have access to them like a parent, kid(s), sibling or significant other “rightfully so”….then you didn’t “go ghost”…you’re not truly on “do not disturb”…in fact, you simply put a cap on how much peace you are allowing for yourself.

I have done this many times but I have also completely cut off my phone for an entire day because the world will figure it out without me. 💯

Everything is just merely an experience and the moment you release that energy the experience is gone. It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be in that space a little bit longer or more than once but you do have the power to shift things by simply transferring/transforming that energy.

Lately I have been practicing with my hands and feet in the grass opposed to my mat and things have been shifting around me for the best!

It’s not always “easy” to free yourself from people, places and things or allow people, places and things to free themselves but if it’s necessary, it must happen.

I told y’all that after EFW I’d be back on the scene and I’m not playing!

All of the coaches and team at @fit_x_experience were amazing. Great energy while coaching and engaging with us on the floor. Every single one of you all are appreciated @peoplestheking @amor.bam_ @thee.coach.foster @gospringstory @feedyourartistry @trainwithle @fitby_quan @theyamologist @jae_fitnesstv 🙌🏽 and shoutout to @newageath for allowing another door event to take place in their building!

Shoutout to @keedalifts and @mattaghedo not only did they register as soon as I sent them the info but they actually pulled up, crushed it and we had a good time! 💪🏽♥️

😅 I didn’t realize how frustrating it was until I looked back on videos. While I was kneeling, the rest of the class was on their feet/in a full plank. Although it felt like I was being held back, I didn’t let it hold me back!

Knocked out my 50 burpees instead of letting these people take me there. I’m better than that and I’m better than them for not taking that route.

Remember we do not know what anyone is going through. I really could’ve crashed out in this hospital, several times but I’m choosing peace, for me, not them. This is why it is important to work on our mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing…every damn day!
