People say “I’ll go ghost” but then there are people that still have access to them like a parent, kid(s), sibling or significant other “rightfully so”….then you didn’t “go ghost”…you’re not truly on “do not disturb”…in fact, you simply put a cap on how much peace you are allowing for yourself.

I have done this many times but I have also completely cut off my phone for an entire day because the world will figure it out without me. 💯

I can’t remember the last time I bought boy shorts and these were a gift 😅 I’m a thong type of girl but I love these for around the house!

💥 Biggest Pet Peeve are the tags so I always cut them out but for the sake of authenticity, I kept them for the video. Otherwise, I almost always get panties from @victoriassecret @vspink 💖

I told y’all that after EFW I’d be back on the scene and I’m not playing!

All of the coaches and team at @fit_x_experience were amazing. Great energy while coaching and engaging with us on the floor.
