Two double passes to @capybara.bathing are up for grabs at MEN IN MOTION 🧖‍♂️

Because looking after yourself isn’t just training harder, eating better or getting more done.

Sometimes it’s slowing down.

Heat. Cold. Recovery. Switching off. Giving your body and nervous system a chance to reset.

We spent some time at Capybara and walked out feeling like different humans.

Huge thanks to @capybara.bathing for gifting us two double passes as prizes for our ping pong + darts tournaments this Saturday.

Come for the chats.
Stay for the glory.
Leave with a bathhouse date. 🤝

Come hang. Try something new. Get unnecessarily competitive.

You tell me it’s not on me to solve it
I just need to listen and hear you

I’m learning
How I can be patient
I’m learning
As dark as the pages read
Baby we’ll turn them
Take time to find out why
You and I don’t see eye to eye

Men’s mental health is a serious concern. But so are some of the behaviours we’re seeing as a result.

So we asked ourselves: how do we create change?

We believe better men start with better mental health.

That means being willing to look inward. To question yourself. To understand your patterns, set meaningful goals, take accountability, communicate better and get some of the noise out of your head and onto a page.

That’s why we created the Memoirs by Him journal.

200+ prompts designed to make you think about things you may never have considered. Goal setting to help you move forward with intention. Tools like Love Languages to better understand yourself and the people around you.

Because the work we do on ourselves doesn’t stop with us. We take it into our relationships, our families, our friendships and our communities.

Better mental health. Better men. by @_adam_exe

@amanda__va improvised every single take in the music video.

No choreography. No two takes the same.

What she brought to the track emotionally and visually is just something I still can't comprehend. I'm blown away by her art and am just so honoured to have worked with her on this clip.
