Two double passes to @capybara.bathing are up for grabs at MEN IN MOTION 🧖‍♂️

Because looking after yourself isn’t just training harder, eating better or getting more done.

Sometimes it’s slowing down.

Heat. Cold. Recovery. Switching off. Giving your body and nervous system a chance to reset.

We spent some time at Capybara and walked out feeling like different humans.

Huge thanks to @capybara.bathing for gifting us two double passes as prizes for our ping pong + darts tournaments this Saturday.

Come for the chats.
Stay for the glory.
Leave with a bathhouse date. 🤝

This is why this work means so much to me. 🤍

So grateful to be part of what the boys at @memoirs.by.him are creating with Men in Motion, making space for men to pause, connect, reflect and do the work.

More conversations like this. More tools. More self-awareness. More choice.

Our first proper breathwork session. Safe to say we get the hype.

We’re big on finding simple, accessible tools that help men look after their mental health.

This might be one of them.

Curious? Come try it for yourself.

Marc and I spend a lot of time talking about what we can actually do to help create better men.

With domestic violence continuing to devastate families and communities, we understand the anger and frustration that exists around men right now.

We don’t have all the answers. But we believe part of the solution is giving men better tools to understand themselves, regulate their emotions and respond differently when life gets difficult.

Breathwork is one of those tools.

An hour-long session condensed into one minute here, but the real takeaway is something you can carry with you anywhere.

Once you learn how to use your breath to calm and regulate your nervous system, it’s a tool you have access to for life.

No equipment. No membership. No ongoing cost.

Just you and your breath.

We’re learning too. And we’re going to keep exploring practical tools that can help us become better men.

Men in Motion.
