Good to have a session with the boys! Good luck in your new season go smash it 🙏🏽⚽️

Being a fullback or a winger your first touch is very important to set up the next phase of what you want to do.

Working closely with professional athletes on their first touch and thinking before receiving the ball is 🔑.

Having always been not blessed with height, my first touch and thinking before receiving the ball have always been my get out clause. I could not afford to be a step behind players because of how physical the games got.

Best players in world football like Bernardo Silva, Riyad Mahrez, Lionel Messi and many more rely so much on their first touch and being ahead of the game because they lack the physicality. taken in Dubai,UAE by @_aldousari81
