Transformation Tuesday..! A powerful woman doesn’t just transform her body she transforms her mindset, her discipline, and her life✨

The weight loss is visible, but the strength, confidence, and woman I became along the way, that’s the real transformation🔥💪🏾

Powerful women don’t wait for change…We become it👑
It’s been a journey!

The past few years of my life have been filled with loss, uncertainty, fear, clarity, triumph, transition, growth, discovery, joy, and FAITH.

There were so many moments where I was tested and didn’t have answers or direction. Through everything the Lord has always shown provision and been faithful!

At the very least I can give my life back in gratitude because of everything he’s brought me through; even when I felt undeserving of his love and promises.

He’s been Good and all I can say is Thank You!🙌🏾

“You said you weren’t gonna be that long at the gym”
